The sophisticated CONQUEST PHARMA™ continuous motion rotary monoblock filler and stopperer meeting cGMP standards for Pharmaceutical applications. It can process speed up to 200 vials per minute* with filling accuracy (*Subject to test with samples).

The Conquest Pharma™ is also fitted with our New Micro Compufill adjust technology that allow fine trim of each individual pump from the operator interface. The filling system has been designed to allow mounting of other types of pumps such as ceramic, pyrex and rolling diaphram. A CIP/SIP can also be offered to suit customer requirement. Using the Capmatic Pharma Valve™ sealless piston technology you can be assured of the ultimate in control and precise filling. The main piston stroke is fully mechanical, fill volume changes are done via our proven Compufill system via the operator interface. These characteristics, along with a variety of updates, makes the Conquest Pharma™ the ideal solution to process Pharmaceutical applications at high-speed.
