The COTTONSTAR™ automatic cottoner can provide up to 120 inserts per minute of cotton, rayon or polyester. With feed screw indexing, it can be quickly changed over (tool-less) to handle other bottle sizes. The CottonStar™ can be set to produce inverted U-shaped insertion lengths from two to nine inches. Its simple design will enable many years of dependable performance with easy maintenance.
