JOLLY CRIMP™ is designed specifically for the closure of aluminum caps for R.O.P.P. or crimped style at speeds up to 50 BPM. It is ideal for such items as crimping pumps on perfume bottles, sealing pharmaceutical vials or forming the screw threads on soft drinks, etc…

As a dedicated capping and crimping machine, the Jolly series of machines can be supplied with a choice of vibratory bowls or cap sorter elevators to suit the caps being applied.
