REBEL™ “P-100” is similar to the PC-22 but is designed to only insert plugs two at a time at speeds up to 120 BPM*. (Subject to test with samples).

Using the mechanically sequenced drive system, oriented plugs delivered to the starwheel from the vibratory bowl are vacuum picked and positioned over the indexed bottles being fed from the conveyor.
