REBEL™ “PC-22” can be configured to satisfy most plugging and capping requirements. Using a feed screw with entrance and exit starwheel, the central starwheel can transfer bottles at speeds up to 120 BPM*, for simultaneous placement of two plugs and caps at a time. (*Subject to test with samples).

Positive placement system ensures accuracy and is suitable for a wide range of plugs, dropper tips, orifice reducers and caps.

The first station features a unique pneumatic pick and place system and the second station provides perfect placement for inserts or caps as they are moved from the vibratory bowl to the placement mechanism.
