Bander F-43 (STRETCH-SHRINK WRAPPER)
The F-43 is suitable to bundle the product using a stretchable or shrinkable film. It is reliable, has an accuracy in bundling and is simple to use. A film reel with expanding shaft makes changeovers easy. Speeds can run up to 45 bundles per minute*. This system has been conceived to answer the requirements for fast types of packaging.
Conquest FWB
All functions are combined into smooth and continuous motion by using a walking beam and servo-controlled nozzle diving for filling, plugging, stoppering, screw and snap capping. The Conquest FWB Monoblock can run speeds up to 250 bottles per minute*.
LabelStar 1 DX
Designed to apply a partial or full wrap around label to round bottles. This is done using a motorized wrap around system that electronically synchronizes the speed of the labeling head with the speed of the container. Speeds from 10 to 350 per minute* can be achieved depending on the labeling head chosen and the length of the label.
LabelStar 1 Dx Eco
For less demanding applications, the LabelStar System 1 ECO is a more economical labeler having similar features and capabilities as the System 1 labeler but operating at lower speeds.
Road Runner “M” (Mechanical - 8 and 12 Head Cappers)
The automatic mechanical rotary slip clutch capper for plugging and capping. Designed for reliable and accurate high-speed plugging or capping of plastic, glass or metal bottles. This Road Runner can process speeds up to 600 bottles per minute* depending on the number of plugging or capping heads.
Road Runner Pharma
Representing the latest development in rotary continuous motion aluminum cap crimping technology. The high-speed rotary crimper is available in different models from 4 to 24 heads at speeds up to 400 vials per minute*.
RotoStar
Built on Capmatic’s proven monoblock frame, the RotoStar can apply pressure sensitive labels to the top, neck, shoulder, front or back for either round or shaped bottles. The labeller is capable of processing up to 350 bottles per minute*. For complex labelling, the RotoStar can be configured to apply up to five different labels.
Unifill TR 86
The Unifill TR 86 forms, fills containers for single-dose packaging of liquid and semi-dense pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, and similar products in other industrial sectors. Designed to meet the need for packaging these types of products in plastic material containers, using rolls of thermoforming material. The filling capacity can provide up to 30 ml with speeds up to 9,700 per minute*.
Unscrambler 4D RP2 18
The rotary pocket plastic bottle unscrambler is ideal for pharmaceutical and personal health care industries. Ideal for plastic round bottles at speeds from 150 - 200 bottles per minute*. The unscrambler includes an integral ionized air rinsing system. Consists of 220Vac, 15 Amp, 3 phase, 60 Hz.
